On Thursday, June 2nd Materialytics proudly presented our results on conflict mineral mine identification at the Geological Association of Canada's annual conference in Whitehorse, Yukon. The study included gold, coltan (columbite-tantalite), wolframite, and cassiterite. Using the Materialytics Analysis Process, we were able to achieve impressive results.

Mineral Number of Samples Results
Gold 162 100%
Coltan 264 98.7%
Wolframite 90 98.5%
Cassiterite 150 93.6%

Results are averages

These results show that, at long last, there is a diffinitive scientific way to prove the country or mine of origin of conflict minerals without relying on corruptable paperwork.
